CREAMY WHOLE30 AVOCADO TUNA BOATS
Tuesday, 28 May 2019
Edit
Simple whole30 avocado fish pontoons are loaded up with a smooth fish (or salmon) filling and bested with crisp herbs. A tasty, solid, and simple approach to eat whole30 and paleo style! Prepared in just 5 minutes.
These avo fish vessels are so fulfilling and delish! What's more, a tad of crisp thyme on top just gives it that additional kick of flavor! I made and captured this formula in only a couple of minutes. Truly was one of the most straightforward things I have ever constructed.
Furthermore, it's chocked brimming with protein and cerebrum sustenance to prop you up for the duration of the day!
Wether it's lunch in a hurry or only a lethargic day, these whole30 fish pontoons can without much of a stretch be prepared early and served up at whatever point you're ravenous!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 6oz. can wild caught tuna or wild caught salmon, which I love!
- 2 ripe avocados cut in half and pitted
- 3 tablespoons paleo mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons relish or cucumber pieces for whole30
- 1 green onion sliced in small rounds
- black pepper flakes to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- For the filing combine all the ingredients (except the avocados) and mix.
- Fill the avocado halves with a large scoop of filling (I use an ice-cream scoop for this). Top with more green onion and fresh thyme leaves if you want.
