Pressure Cooker Red Potatoes
Ingredients
6 red potatoes
1 cup vegetable broth
tbsp salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Carefully wash and dry your potatoes.
Prick them with a fork (so that they will perfectly cook on the inside too).
Pour vegetable broth into your Instant Pot, then correctly place the trivet.
Place your potatoes onto the trivet.
Cook at high pressure for about 10 minutes (according to the size of your potatoes).
Let the steam release naturally, then let them cool for about 10 minutes.
Slice them and sprinkle them with salt and pepper to taste.
